SpeakUp is a local anonymous tip line aimed to protect young people and the community as a whole. Tips are completely anonymous and encrypted through a third party. The tips come in locally to Sagadahoc County Communications and are then forwarded to the appropriate law enforcement agency to investigate locally. Protecting the community starts with SpeakingUp!
