Josephine is a Program Management Specialist in the Community Health Department at Mid Coast Hospital. Her role supports tobacco and substance use prevention efforts in our communities, primarily through the Southern Midcoast Communities for Prevention (SMCP) coalition. Her favorite aspect of coalition work is collaborating with community partners to work towards the shared vision of healthier, happier communities. Josephine lives in Freeport with her family and enjoys spending time at the beach, preferably with an iced coffee in hand.

Elizabeth works as a Program Management Specialist in the Community Health Department at Mid Coast Hospital. Elizabeth’s role focuses primarily on substance use prevention initiatives in our community. Elizabeth enjoys meeting and collaborating with various partners, organizations and members throughout our community to discuss ways we can support programming and projects that result in a healthier community where all are successful and healthy. Elizabeth grew up in Freeport and now resides in Harpswell. Elizabeth is passionate about the outdoors and is always on-the-go, with her chocolate labs always by her side!
